FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A man charged in connection to a mass tire slashing incident has been arrested, according to Fall River police. Liduino Tavares, 40, of Fall River, was charged with 62 counts of malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Tavares allegedly slashed the tires of 62 vehicles in the area of Mulberry Street and Division street on September 18 and was seen on surveillance video.
