(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Bristol Brewing Company is ready to begin brewing what has been a local favorite for over a decade on Wednesday, Oct. 2 with a pumpkin smash. According to Bristol Brewing, Venetucci Pumpkin Ale has been a local favorite for 16 years, and on Wednesday, it will begin the brewing process by roasting and smashing more than 400 lbs of pumpkins donated by Smith Farms. Venetucci Farm is no longer growing pumpkins due to Fountain water issues. Bristol Brewing Company said 100% of profits from the sale of the ale would be donated to Venetucci Farm to support improvements to the farm. The Venetucci Pumpkin Ale will be released on Friday, Oct. 18 at 6 p.m.
