BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A part of I-190 will be closed on Saturday night. I-190 both northbound and southbound will be closed from 9 p.m. Saturday until 10 a.m. Sunday to allow for a new bridge on Niagara Street to be installed. The road will be closed from exit 8 (Niagara Street) to exit 9 (Porter Avenue).
