SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Mostly clear skies this morning with temperatures in the 50s to low 60s. It will be another warm and dry day with temperatures in the 80s.  Expect breezy conditions of 15 to 25 mph. With the strong wind, low humidity, and warm temperatures the fire danger remains high in central and western South Dakota. It will be cooler tomorrow.  Highs will reach the 60s and 70s with northerly winds. Watch for strong wind as we go through the weekend.  Another cold front will move into western and central South Dakota on Saturday morning and into eastern KELOLAND by Saturday evening.  Behind the front, strong northwest winds of 30-40 mph and high gusts will blow.  These winds will bring in colder air for Sunday.  The strong wind will also keep high fire danger across the area. Temperatures will once again warm after the weekend with highs returning to the 70s and 80s.  Expect dry skies throughout next week. We do not see any evidence of rain until the middle of October.
