ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A new health resource is launching at a handful of Albuquerque middle schools. It is a partnership between Albuquerque Public Schools, Bernalillo County, and the Wellness Equity Alliance. Truman, Roosevelt, and McKinley Middle Schools will each be home to the new mobile health clinics. These are the 50 best school districts in America for 2025, report finds The clinics will provide students with primary care, sexual health, and behavioral health services without leaving campus. Health Yeah took eight years to get off the ground but officials are happy it's finally here. "These are all crucial to our student's well-being, their ability to learn, and their future for success," said Bernalillo County Commissioner Steven Michael Quezada. Right now, there are only two units. A third is on the way thanks to a federal grant.
