12 Lincoln restaurants compete in Vegan Chef Challenge

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Twelve Lincoln dining establishments are competing in a vegan cooking competition. The Lincoln Vegan Chef Challenge started Tuesday and will last throughout October.
