Authorities have identified a Carlsbad man who was killed in a motorcycle crash in Oceanside over the weekend. The crash occurred shortly before 2 p.m. Saturday, when a motorcycle ridden by 30-year-old Karl Trayvilla struck another northbound motorcycle on South Coast Highway, according to the medical examiner’s office. Trayvilla fell onto the roadway near West Street and was hit by a car traveling south, Oceanside police said. Paramedics took him to Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, where he was pronounced dead.
