TOPEKA (KSNT) - A thrilling and spooky haunted house in the Capital City is back for another year. October means the spooky season is just getting started. Adam Jenks, the mastermind behind Nightmare on the Boulevard, gave 27 News a special look inside the haunt. They are still in the building process but all of the details are starting to come together.  "This year we are doing nightmares. we came up with with the title Nightmare on the Boulevard about three years ago, and then we did other themes with that," Jenks said. "And this year I decided you know what? We have a great theme and nightmare, and there's a lot you can do with that. When you go to sleep, there's four different phases you enter, so basically it'll get darker as you go through and those nightmares get a little bit more crazier as you get deeper into this haunt."
