McDaniel and an acquaintance argued over whether she should sell the ATV, police said. Aragon took it for a ride, and when he did not return with the ATV, a man known as “Gucci,” later identified as Guillermo Muñoz Delgado, pointed a revolver at Aragon’s friends, according to police. He allegedly forced them into their vehicle and ordered them to take them to the location where Aragon said the ATV broke down. Aragon’s friends told police that while they were inside the vehicle, McDaniel threatened she was going to stab them with a knife she had in her possession. At some point, Aragon was shot by Munoz Delgado, and McDaniel was seen in surveillance footage picking up a firearm involved in the incident and fleeing the scene, police said. Munoz Delgado was arrested by detectives on Sept. 12.
