PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The Pawtucket man accused of walking up to women on the bike path along the Blackstone River "fully nude" faced a judge Tuesday. Thomas Belanger has been charged with indecent exposure and possession of child pornography. RELATED: Man approached women on bike path ‘fully nude’ No plea was entered on Belanger's behalf. Bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance under the conditions that Belanger attends pretrial services and stays away from the Cumberland-side of the bike path.
