PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - According to downdetector.com, users of the Workday platform have been reporting an outage Tuesday. Some users said the site would not load at all for them. Others said they were receiving a page that states "an error occurred." This image from downdetector.com shows thousands of outage reports around 1:30 p.m. ET Tuesday. By 6 p.m. Tuesday, the number of reports dropped significantly. WAVY TV 10 uses Workday and employees were unable to access the platform despite several attempts. According to its website, Workday is used by businesses for finance, HR and IT solutions. Around 4:30 p.m., some WAVY users were able to get the site to load, but others were still experiencing issues.
