BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A collision sent an SUV off the road and close to a building on 23rd and L Streets Tuesday morning and injured at least two people. The crash happened just before 10:30 a.m. in downtown Bakersfield. The impact from the crash pushed an SUV up to the New City Cleaners building, shattering a window in the process.
