ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — An investigation was launched into vandalism at a local church on County Road 136. News 8 received photos that showed graffiti sprayed on the wall and signs of The Way of Holiness Church, Inc. The graffiti featured words and drawings with phrases such as "Hail Satan" and "Satan Rules" spray painted onto the building. The words "Holiness Church" were crossed out and the word "Hell" was spray painted onto the sign. The graffiti spray-painted on the wall of the building has been covered up (Photo/James Perotti) The Gates Police Department told News 8 that they had been made aware of the graffiti at the church and are following up with the church. News 8 has reached out to the Way of Holiness Church, Inc. for more information and has not heard back. This story will be updated as more information is revealed.
