Willow Grove Park mall forbids unsupervised teens during evening hours

The Willow Grove Park mall in Montgomery County adopted a policy that bans unsupervised minors after 5 p.m. from Mondays through Saturdays, and after 3 p.m. on Sundays. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 21 years old. The new policy took effect Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024.
