(WFRV) - After a trooper saw a vehicle driving with a passenger holding a dresser on top of the car's roof, the Wisconsin State Patrol issued a reminder about how unsafe things like this can be. The Wisconsin State Patrol posted on its Facebook page about a recent incident where a vehicle was seen driving with someone holding a dresser on the top. A trooper was reportedly driving on the beltline near Madison when they came across the vehicle.
