As Kirk continues path toward major hurricane, NHC monitors Invest 91L, Caribbean disturbance

The National Hurricane Center says Kirk could reach hurricane status by tonight, then become a major hurricane by Thursday. Kirk is not expected to impact land, but here are all the other disturbances the NHC is tracking:
