Event Date:  October 3, 2024 (All day) October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to make it easy for women to access a mammogram, the Nevada Health Centers Mammovan is visiting Carson City this Thursday, Oct. 3. Early detection is key in the fight against breast cancer, so access to annual screenings is critically important. Mammography screenings are primarily for women age 40 and older; however, screenings will be provided to those younger than 40 that have a screening referral from a provider.
