WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW)—Big Boy No. 4014, the historic Union Pacific railroad engine, will soon return to Kansas. The 1.2 million-pound locomotive has been on the "Heartland of America Tour," which has stops in Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas. Overnight stops are closed to the public unless otherwise noted. The UP says 25 locomotives were built exclusively for the railroad, and seven are on display in St. Louis, Dallas, Omaha, Denver, Scranton, Green Bay, and Cheyenne.
