Two arrested, one wanted following Arabi altercation

ARABI, La. (WGNO) — The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating after a man was found unconscious following an altercation in Arabi.
The incident reportedly happened outside a business in the 6600 block of West Judge Perez Drive on Sunday, Sept. 29, around 7:30 p.m.

Responding deputies said upon arrival, a man was found lying on the ground in the parking lot. He was taken to a hospital by EMS but an update on his condition was not given.
An investigation revealed two others who were involved in the altercation have been arrested. 35-year-old Jimmy Lozano Zuniga was booked for obstruction of justice and second-degree battery and 46-year-old Alba Lobo Antunez was booked for accessory after the fact to second-degree battery.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a third suspect, 26-year-old Kevin Lobo for second-degree battery. Deputies say he possibly goes by the alias Kevin Guifarrolobo.
Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Bureau also learned that the victim and one of the suspects presented a gun during the incident. Shots were reportedly fired but deputies say it is unknown if someone was hit.

No further details are available at this time but the incident remains under investigation.
