ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Webster man was hospitalized Sunday after police said he accidentally shot himself. Officers were dispatched to Empire Boulevard for an unknown call shortly after 9:30 p.m. They learned a 29-year-old man had been taken to Rochester General Hospital with a gunshot wound. Investigators determined the man accidentally shot himself while handling a gun at the Webster Manor apartment complex off Empire Boulevard. Police said his injuries were not life-threatening.
