UPDATE: Teen charged in Cranston Ferrari theft to serve time in Florida

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. (WLNE) — A teen accused of stealing a Ferrari and after a home invasion in Cranston, and driving over state lines will remain in Florida for the time being.
Back on August 24, two armed suspects stole a Ferrari from a Cranston home.
The alleged thieves lead police on a chase before they got away.
A few days later, the Ferrari was spotted in Flagler County, Florida.
Logan Slezak, one of the suspects, turned himself into North Providence police.
Slezak appeared in front of a judge and was ordered to be held without bail on several charges.
Johnathan Costa was arrested in Palm Coast, Florida.
He was arraigned in Flagler County Court this morning.
Costa entered a no contest plea during his arraignment.
He now faces 270 days detainment in Flagler County with 35 days time served.
Costa’s license will be suspended for one year.
He can be extradited to Rhode Island before the end of his sentence.
