Many families are struggling due to damage from Hurricane Helene. He is currently in a Morganton hospital.  Artisanal in Banner Elk will not operate for the rest of the season. The restaurant owners are looking to provide immediate relief for the displaced employees.  Callie Braswell’s parents are still without power and running water in Boone.
