PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) -- The Petersburg Bureau of Police is asking the public's help to find a missing 15-year-old boy. According to police, Zay'Shawn Fells, 15, was last seen around 12:18 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 in the 30 block of Guarantee Street. Officials said Fells was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie and was carrying a Walmart bag. Anyone with information about Fells' whereabouts is asked to call police at 804-732-4222.
