MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A West Memphis firefighter who was arrested in connection to two rapes in the Memphis area earlier this year is set to have an arraignment after being indicted by a grand jury. Quinton Wilson, 35, is charged with two counts of rape and aggravated kidnapping. ORIGINAL STORY: AR firefighter suspected in two rapes Quinton Wilson (SCSO) According to reports, two rape victims came forward and gave the same testimony to police just four days a part from each other. One victim said she was walking in the Binghampton area when Wilson drove up to her and offered her a ride. After she accepted, Wilson allegedly put a gun to her head, drove to an abandoned house nearby, and sexually assaulted her at gunpoint. Four days later, police got a report with a suspect matching the same description as Wilson. Both victims were also able to provide investigators with the same license plate number, which led back to Wilson. 📡 See more breaking news, local news and weather from WREG.com for Memphis and the Mid-South. 📧 Sign up for WREG newsletters and have the latest top stories sent right to your inbox.
