MEMPHIS, Tenn. --- One person is in custody after a shooting that left a woman injured turned into a police chase in Whitehaven on Sunday night. Around 10:40 p.m., officers say they responded to a shooting call in the Whitehaven area where they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. It is unclear at this time where the pursuit began but officers say it ended in the 3500 block of Millbranch Road. The driver was taken into custody at that time.
