The remnants of Hurricane Helene continue to linger, but the chances of rain continue to plummet each day. We will only see a few isolated showers for Monday from Helene, with most staying dry. With Helene continuing to weaken, our windy conditions have also come to a halt. We're starting Monday under mostly cloudy skies and will stay mostly cloudy nearly all day, along with that slight chance for a rain shower. Temperatures reach the mid-60s at 8 AM after our morning lows in the mid-60s. We get into the 70s for the afternoon. Temperatures slowly climb this morning under mostly cloudy skies. Tuesday will be our warmest day of the workweek, with a high in the mid-70s, quite warm for the first day of October. A cold front moves through Tuesday afternoon, bringing scattered showers to the area. After the cold front moves through, skies clear out overnight, and will set up plenty of sunshine for the remainder of the workweek. For those who want to see the 60s, though, we'll only see one day in the 60s this week, which will be on Wednesday. We'll see scattered showers Tuesday afternoon with the passage of a cold front. Temperatures look to be more seasonal to start next week, with temperatures hovering around average.
