(KRON) -- Since taking its show on the road back in 1993, "College GameDay" has been a huge presence in the college football community by being known to travel across dozens of campuses across the country. For the first time in its 30-year history, the live ESPN show is coming to UC Berkeley, the university announced in a press release. The show will be staged in the center of campus at Memorial Glade. The popular pregame show airs from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. PT. Fans who will watch the show in person are encouraged to arrive early, the university said. "We couldn't be more excited to welcome ESPN's College GameDay to Cal," Cal Director of Athletics Jim Knowlton said in a statement.
