GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - The Packers dug themselves a big hole at home against the Minnesota Vikings and fell short against their divisional rivals on Sunday. "Crushing loss, but we should have won. We didn't play a good first half, we missed two field goals," said Mark Kaelin from Cedarburg. "Love, I think, was trying too hard. You know, he threw those interceptions. He had time. He could have won it, and we only lost by two which hurts." HSSPX: Conference titles heating up in week six Kaelin was one of many fans who was thrilled to see Quarterback Jordan Love back in action, but heartbroken over the turnout. Joshua Douglas is a life-long fan who was visiting from Orlando, Florida. He said the biggest issue was with the defense. "Their defense looked very bad today so I think that if they came back with a stronger defense against the teams that they're gonna go ahead and move forward with, then they could actually win some games," explained Douglas. Even though the Packers lost, fans like Brandon Waters remain optimistic about the future of the team. Xceptional Athlete: Freedom’s Drew Kortz "We had a great time even though we lost," said Waters. "But you know, the Vikings, they're gonna go 4 and 0, we've been there before. January plus is what matters." The Packers will be traveling to Los Angeles to take on the Rams on Sunday.
