GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A woman was killed in an early-morning stabbing Sunday, the Greensboro Police Department reports. According to a press release, Sunday around 3:03 a.m., Greensboro police, Greensboro Fire and Guilford County EMS responded to a cardiac/respiratory arrest call in the 2300 block of Randleman Road. Brandy Elaine Wright, 45, was found unresponsive in the parking lot. According to police, her injuries showed she had been assaulted and stabbed. Wright was pronounced dead at the scene. Information regarding possible suspects is unavailable at this time.
