WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A Winston-Salem intersection is closed following a car crash that resulted in down power lines. According to a press release from the Winston-Salem Police Department, all lanes in all directions at the intersection of Sprague Street and Old Lexington Road are closed. Drivers are encouraged to choose alternate routes of travel. At this time, there is no timeline for how long the roads will be closed.
