ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) - The City of Asheville said they will be partnering with Verizon to deliver temporary cellular service to those affected by Helene. The cellular satellite trailer will be located at the Family Justice Center, on 35 Woodfin Place in Asheville.
