BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Bistro Byronz Mid-City location will open under a new name on Monday, Sept. 30. Bistro Byronz temporarily closed its Mid City location in early September and announced it would reopen as Brasserie Byronz, a new culinary experience "and chapter in our story that brings the heart of France to the soul of Louisiana." Doors will open at 6 p.m. for cocktails and dinner service. Lunch will follow the day after on Tuesday, Oct. 1. "We can't wait to welcome you back and for you to experience our new Frenchie-American cuisine and cocktail," the restaurant said. Reservations are encouraged. Brasserie Byronz is located at 515 Mouton Street in Baton Rouge.
