BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Two individuals fired a gun early Saturday morning on Buffalo State University's campus, the university announced. Officials said at 1:56 a.m., two individuals chased two other people in a lot near Rees Street and discharged firearms. The people being chased then fled the campus and the two suspects fled in a vehicle, authorities said. No injuries were reported. The incident remains under investigation by university police, who will have patrols in the area for the rest of the weekend. University police are asking anyone with information to call them at (716) 878-6333 or the UPD anonymous tip line at (716) 878-3166.
