Several Kentucky counties and cities have declared a State of Emergency due to issued caused by the high winds and heavy rains from the remnants of Hurricane Helene. Those seeking alternative shelter to power medical devices should contact their local emergency manager. Minor flooding continues in low-lying areas, but the flash flooding risk has diminished.” As of 2:30 Saturday afternoon, poweroutage.us, showed just over 105,000 Kentucky customers without power.
