(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking for the community's help to find 12-year-old Lilyia Cruz, an at-risk juvenile who has been missing since 6 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28. She was last seen wearing pink sweatpants and a black crop top. If anyone has seen Lilyia or knows her location, they should call CSPD at (719) 444-7000.
