Cat recovering after found shot by an arrow in Strawberry Mansion

A cat named Kimiko was found shot by an arrow on Thursday, Sept. 19 on the 2100 block of North 31st Street. The Pennsylvania SPCA said Friday that Kimiko is recovering from her injuries after being treated, but the organization's Animal Law Enforcement team is investigating the act of animal cruelty and seeking whoever is responsible.
