Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– As South Carolinians wake up the morning after Hurricane Helene, most are still in the dark. According to poweroutage.us , 1,063,143 out of the more than 2 million in the state are still without power. One of the state’s largest energy providers, Dominion says as of 10am Saturday 190,974 customers are still without power.
