It only got worse for the Gators after Genard Green hit Dontrall Waldon to extend the score even more. St. Amant didn't flinch. In the next drive, Cooper Babin connected with Reid Mayers to cut the lead down. The Gators went on to score touchdowns on their next three drives, beating Scotlandville 39-38. St. Amant will look to carry the momentum from this game to next week when they hit the road again to take on a tough Dutchtown squad.
