NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Pleasant nights and warm days will be the theme this weekend and early next week. Low humidity will allow temperatures to drop quite a bit around the area at night, but we will still see temperatures heat up during the day thanks to sun and higher pressure in the region. Days will be warm with upper 80s to near 90 with plenty of sun. Overnight lows will drop into the mid to upper 60s with very pleasant conditions. We won't see much change to that through Tuesday at least. Right now no rain is in the forecast for the next 5 days at least. By the end of next week we could start to see a few showers popping up around the region as tropical moisture starts to move back in.
