It was a rainy Friday night in the Tri-State, making for some interesting results for Week 6 of the high school football season.In the WCPO 9 Game of the Week, St. Xavier got a significant win on the road against Elder, defeating them at The Pit 22-17. Mason pulls out the stops to beat Fairfield, 31-13West Clermont came to Turpin to ruin homecoming night. Turpin was up by 4 with about two minutes left, but the Wolves were able to take back the lead, winning 17-14. This comes one week after they got a big win over Milford. Instead, games like Cooper vs. Highlands, Scott vs. Conner and Dixie Heights vs. Boone County were moved to Saturday.
