Promises2Kids earlier this month held an exclusive evening of dinner and music to assist foster children. The 15th annual Dream On Concert Gala, presented by Kevin and Raegan Prior, was hosted by Joan Waitt at her La Jolla estate home on Sept. 9. The event featured a sunset cocktail reception, dinner and silent and live auctions, followed by a private concert by hit recording artist Kool & The Gang. Promises2Kids is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a brighter future for current and former foster children in San Diego County.
