MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- A utility pole caught fire in Olney on Friday afternoon, causing several roads to be blocked off or closed. Shortly before 4 p.m., Pete Piringer, a spokesman for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, said wires were down and there was an electrical fire in the area of Olney-Laytonsville Road.
