ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester police have a portion of St. Paul Street near Seth Green Drive shut down for an investigation Friday. News 8 arrived to the scene around 5:30 p.m. and witnessed about a dozen patrol cars lining the street. One bystander reported that they heard gunshots in the area. (WROC/Mel Sosa.)
