Montour, N.Y. – A town justice from Schuyler County has resigned after being notified that he was under investigation for attending the Jan. 6 rally in Washington D.C., among other misconduct allegations.Donald R. Spaccio, a justice for the Montour Falls Village Court and the Montour Town Court, submitted his resignation letter on Sept. 4, according to a news release from the state Commission on Judicial Conduct on Friday.
