Greenfield's fall paving schedule released

GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Drivers in Greenfield should be prepared for delays while paving projects begin across the City.
According to the Greenfield Department of Public Works (DPW), beginning October 2, there will be multiple milling and paving operations that will impact traffic and parking.
Truck stuck under railroad trestle in West Springfield
No on-street parking will be allowed on those streets where milling and paving are taking place. All work is weather dependent and the City will provide updates if delays occur.

Court Square (City Hall will remain open during the Court Square repaving. The building’s parking lot will be accessible through the Main Street side entrance, located next to Veteran’s Mall. The roadway, which is typically a one-way entrance to the parking lot, will accommodate traffic from both ends via a traffic officer on location.)
