Emanuel Brendelson SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- A man in the top three of Suffolk's September Most Wanted list was arrested on Thursday. Around 9:30 p.m., Suffolk Police arrested 22-year-old Emanuel Brendelson of Suffolk in the 500 block of Pecan Court. Brendelson was #3 on the September Most Wanted list for Suffolk Police.
