He told police the robbers demanded his wallet before hitting him in the head and shooting him in the leg. The group then robbed his girlfriend. Justin Johnson found guilty in Young Dolph murder Police say four men and a woman were involved in the robbery. One suspect even fired a shot before the group drove away. Business owners in the area say they fear crime is moving in. “We moved down here from White Station because crime was so bad down there,” said Susan Tanner, owner of Pink Ribbons. In 2019, Tanner moved her business to Summer Avenue because she wanted to be somewhere safer. Tanner says she noticed the yellow tape in the parking lot but because of the location of her business she didn't think anything of it.  MS homeowner shot after attempted home invasion “I just thought it was construction tape. We see it all the time,” Tanner said. “It really bothers me that the crime could be moving down this way. There’s no fear of consequences and the judicial system is just going to have to step up and make them pay for their crimes.” This is still an ongoing investigation.
