KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - A rider of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) was found dead in a pond in Warsaw Friday afternoon, according to the Kosciusko Sheriff's Department. The man was identified as Thomas J. Bussell, 73, who was found in a pond at 1345 S. Ferguson Road at 3:10 p.m. A four-wheeler was also inside the water. An investigation found that the four-wheeler was driving around the pond and for an unknown reason, drove off the grass and into the water. Bussell was pronounced dead at the scene by the Kosciusko County Coroner. The crash is still under investigation.
