(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Academy School District 20 (ASD20) is in the process of submitting information requested by the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office in response to a Fair Campaign Practices Act complaint. According to a statement from the district, the complaint was in reference to a page on the District’s website containing information regarding the 2024 Bond ballot measure. The bond measure would ask for up to $70 million from voters to support the rebuilding of Air Academy High School (AAHS) and other key projects, in collaboration with federal funding.
