ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The suspect in a shooting which killed a Rochester teenager was arrested in Georgia and arraigned Friday. According to the Rochester Police Department, Jymere Feliciano, 19, fled to Georgia after the fatal July 26 shooting on Nassau Street. Jayden Scott, 17, was shot multiple times and died two days later. Feliciano was arrested on September 17 and returned to Rochester, where he was arraigned Friday morning on second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapons charges.
